Special emphasis will be placed on studies of specific topics such as molecular mechanisms, gene regulation in normal and pathologic cells as well as susceptibility in response to oncogenic agents. Effects of drugs on preclinical and clinical pharmacology and the role of bacteria, viruses and parasites in animals and humans. Brief reports of meetings, symposia and conferences will also be considered for publication as well as brief listings of scientific meetings or academic courses of interest to the readers
